Account Security & HIPAA Compliance
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, secure portal access, and internal access controls. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or loss resulting from your failure to secure your systems or credentials. While we maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to web portals or billing software due to routine maintenance, third-party clearinghouse delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
